A significant part of the clause concluded between the Tuva government and the Siberian generating company SGK in the year has been implemented. For three years, Savin CHPs managed to significantly update and increase the reliability of the Kyzyl heat supply system. The next step is measures to ensure the accessibility of connecting new consumers to central heating.

One of the achievements of the year was the translation of the heat supply system of the republican capital to a new temperature schedule. According to the head of the Kyzyl CHPS, Andrei Trotsan, this was preceded by a lot of work on the radical update of heating networks transferred to the station service by the municipality of the year. Kyzyl TPP, having received the status of a unified heat supply organization, took responsibility for the operation of all the heating networks of the city.

Their total length in two -pipe calculus at that time was almost a km. During this time, power engineers markedly improved the state of trunk and intra -quarter pipelines. Only this summer, the Kyzyl CHP specialists covered almost twice as many heating networks with hydraulic tests than in the previous year. Also, power engineers completely replaced about three kilometers of dilapidated pipelines and more units of locking and regulatory reinforcement, which made it possible to transfer the heat supply system to a new, increased temperature schedule.

Now the temperature of the coolant in the supply pipeline in severe frosts can be increased to degrees without the risk of impulses, while earlier the state of pipelines limited the temperature maximum of the coolant in degrees. Thanks to the transition to a new schedule, systemic work on eliminating leaks on heating networks and adjusting the hydraulic mode in Kyzyl, it was possible to remove the problem of heat deficiency to connect new facilities in a short time and without large -scale financial infusions from the budget.

According to all participants in the meeting, ensuring the reserve of the capacity of the networks was another step in fulfilling the agreements on the systematic modernization of the Kyzyl heat supply system, achieved three years earlier. The next should be the establishment of a tariff for connecting new consumers to the central heating system, which allows the development of housing construction.

Mikhail Kuznetsov assured Sholban Kara-ool that energy will continue to work on the organization of heat supply to all new buildings, the networks of which are attached to the heat supply line and are technically ready to receive the coolant. In turn, the head of the republic thanked the power engineers for constructive cooperation and expressed confidence that next year Tuva and the Siberian generating company will continue to work on the development of the Kyzyl heat supply system.
