With Pavel Sumy, who is known in Chelyabinsk not only as a teacher, but also as the author of television programs, we talked about the paradoxes of our time. A picnic in the trash-you just returned from the filming of a TV program.

Is this a new project or already well -known - about fishing and hunting? The project is two years. Akyn cannot but sing the song that God gave him. Whatever the projects were called, and there were several of them since the year - “on the dawn”, “male company”, “the club of the Ural travelers” - this is all about the same: hunting, fishing and travel. The program comes out with the only difference being that I used to work on television, but now I am placing it as a private manufacturer of television products.

We live in a small city, we do not have many advertisers. And each businessman has his own ideas about whether it is necessary to spend money on advertising. We live in the Southern Urals where you can sing a hymn to nature, and there are people who love fishing, hunting, lakes, rivers, forests, steppes, mountain steep, rocks, caves ... By the way, fish are also found in cave reservoirs.

In a word, our nature is amazing. And with the help of this program, we want to open new and old places for rest, hunting and fishing for people. Speaking with a dry language of science, each business has its own super -task. For myself, I defined it like this: to infect the joy of communication with nature through familiarization with fishing and hunting. No matter how the readers tremble, indignant: what kind of joy in the hunt?

Or: Do you promote the joy of the murder?! I do not promote! It’s just that there is poetry in everything, including hunting. Unfortunately, many male hobbies are associated with some kind of injury to others: either wives lose them, or bioresources are removable. Here we need a measure and ethics are important, and there must be a philosophy. In any business, culture should dominate, including hunting or fishing.

You lose almost instantly, and you have to restore for many years. It is enough to look at the mountains of garbage around our wonderful lakes, in the forests. The worst thing is that people very quickly get used to this disgrace. Dostoevsky correctly said: "A man is a scoundrel, he gets used to everything." And therefore, a picnic in the trash for a Russian person is a completely normal phenomenon.

Moreover, it is sometimes painfully difficult for me to force myself to take a package in the presence of others and start collecting banks, packaging and other garbage. Because everyone will look at you and think: what is it to him, what is happening? And Alexei Betekhtin proposed to establish garbage tanks in places of mass vacation, which will stimulate people's desire to leave the lake shore clean after themselves.

The incentive is the same motivation to commit an act, but it should be good to be the one who does this act. This motivation is based on the overall level of culture, and it is extremely low in our country. You still have to get to the garbage tank, and indeed, this is not a bar's business - to throw garbage into the tank. Look, in Chelyabinsk near each house, garbage tanks are standing.

And what? Separate "conscious" residents do not bring garbage to the tank. No, the garbage tanks themselves do not solve anything, a change in consciousness should occur. But the progress of the soul is such a slow and laborious work that “neither I nor you will have to live at this time,” as Nekrasov spoke. But if now it’s not trying to change anything, then nothing will change in the future.

Law for public flogging - are you talking about this problem in your programs? Consciousness changes primarily under the influence of the family. Today, no one is engaged in education if they do not do this in the family. I am a person from the Soviet past, so I remember very well how they raised me at school, ashamed, if something was wrong. I remember how we went to the subbotniks when I studied at the institute, and were proud that we contributed to the common cause.

And today the feeling of community, interdependence is lost in many ways. We are now loners, selfish. When a person throws out the garbage past the tank, he thinks that he makes someone bad? No, he is pleased that he does well for himself. This warms him - it became cleaner in the apartment, and the garbage can be thrown directly from the balcony into the yard. I think at this moment a person is full of positive emotions.

Such loneliness and no need, unfortunately, is a powerful stimulus of anti -culture. Although, probably, this is normal, because a person is a social being. Recently he was in the Czech Republic and once again amazed how people live wonderful: cleanly, no one is rude, the driver will never click on the cracket, if you cross the street, he is patiently waiting ...

Czechs are very tolerant. I was amazed at how they reacted to the homeless who entered the tram - they gave way to him because he was pity, he has a difficult fate. He sat down, fell asleep, everyone moved away from him, of course, because the smell is terrible, but gave way! In Europe, despite all the horrors of the former centuries and other disgrace, the level of culture continuously grew.They progressively evolved, passing some covenants, traditions through the family.

Do not litter - this is in the same culture that we lack. But Western people do not need to idealize. For those who want to go beyond this cultural layer, there is a police and a law. But there is no one to know: having thrown out the garbage past the tank, he will receive a receipt for a fine, and loud music will end with a drive to the police until the morning.

Although all this can be instilled quickly enough, there would be a will, not the conversations are empty. Knut and gingerbread - these two tools act without fail. But today in Russia there is neither one nor the other - nor bonuses, nor fines. There is a lack of punishment and non -compliance with the law. And this leads to what we have - everyone lives as they want. Watch and try on - today your favorite television adds cultural masses?

And it hurts through. We can talk about censorship that this is evil. But permissiveness is even more evil. I am not a leader and I can’t say: follow me, I know how to do it. But I see one thing: TV shows glorifying bandits, thieves' songs are evil. And all this should not be at the level of state channels. This must exist separately for lovers. And the state should support children's and educational programs.

But in Russia, a television system exists today only as a market structure. And in the market, it is clear what is bought, they are sold. Once, when I studied in Moscow in graduate school, the world's most famous multiplier Harry Bardin said that in connection with his own anniversary, he brought all his cartoons to the RTR, but the company refused to put them in the program, citing the fact that no one would place advertisements for these cartoons.

It is more profitable to show crime, series about bandits - that is, those programs that are addressed to the masses. After all, the more elitist the program, the less the circle of people who watch it. And vice versa, the smotter the topics are affected, the wider the circle. Instincts lead a person if the level of his culture is low, if they are not subordinated to the feeling of beautiful.

And today, TV addresses the lowland in order to make more money. I try to turn to those grains of good, which in every person have. I am an optimist and think that even the last villain can repent. At least there are a majority. And we are constantly talking with students that they themselves would like to watch that their future children should watch. Although we must not forget about the other side of the medal: in order to live, a person must earn money and preferably good.

I am not an idealist and I understand that it is this question that pushes a person to work where he does not want to work, to do what is disgusting to his principles. Today it is a frequent phenomenon. Getting a chance to realize this talent for you is a rare success and real happiness. Therefore, you need to earn money, but you need a certain line that cannot be crossed.

I try to inspire this to my students so that they do not draw into making money on Chernukha. This entails the destruction of culture. So, I want my students to show neither panties, nor torn down bodies, nor old socks. There must be respect for the birth of a child, for a person’s life, for his death.
