Kamal Julia Igorevna Biography
This was for the first time in Moscow, this was for the entire parental community a real breakthrough, the transition to a qualitatively new level of development, laid the foundation for an open and direct, serious parental dialogue with the authorities on a city scale. What specific directions of this dialogue would you highlight especially? If we speak in specific areas, I will start with transport.
This is really the most important topic for us - the possibility of free movement in the metropolis. There were many questions on a social taxi - this problem has been worth not the first year. But it is important for us not just to “note the existing shortcomings”, we are ready for joint work, constructive cooperation in the framework of working groups that are created in the structures subordinate to the Department of Transport, and I want to say that this work has noticeably activated recently.
Parking for the disabled is another important topic. We have many specific proposals, they are agreed with our other public organizations of disabled people. And we will persistently and stubbornly promote them, in order to solve these problems vital for people with limited mobility as soon as possible and more correctly. Last year, we did a lot of work with the metropolitan department of culture under the recreation and recovery program for children with disabilities in the summer.
We conducted monitoring, the first problem we encountered is the extremely low awareness of the population. Despite the fact that the Department of Culture used their information resource, the parents of children with disabilities could not fully figure out relaxation and healing through the Moscow City and understand how this program differs from sanatorium treatment and output rehabilitation programs.
We will do our best so that last year mistakes are taken into account and do not repeat in the work of the year. Of course, there is a lot of other questions. For example, last year we, representatives of the parent community, visited Crimea. It is no secret that there are still extremely few adapted and adapted bases for our needs, an affordable environment for people with disabilities has not yet been created.
But the main thing is that there is an understanding of what needs to be done, in which direction to move, and we, of course, will continue to conduct this work together ... At a meeting with Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev, I managed to raise the question of the accessibility of health resorts. Dmitry Anatolyevich promised the question of the phased adaptation of bases in Crimea to the state program “Available Environment”.
In general, I want to say that it is indistinguishable to criticize everything and everyone - this is not our path and not our task. We want to cooperate, we are ready to work constructively, to look for consensus, to compromise in some ways, but not to give in to the main one. I, as the mother of a disabled girl of the first group, well remember how we had things 10-15-20 years ago.
Heaven and earth! Then there really was practically none of the fact that the disabled children have today. We are leading a group on Facebook, we have a site where you can always find the necessary information, answers to questions. We conduct various interactive monitoring. But, of course, the case is not limited and is not exhausted by Internet publication, nothing will replace living human contacts.
Not so long ago, we held parental hearings in our educational institutions - those that were transferred to the department of labor and social protection of the population. We met with our parents, talked about the results of the congress, talked, answered questions - and there were a great many of them! Representatives of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and the Department of Education took part in these meetings, who tried to give a clear, exhaustive answer to every question that concerns the parents of children with disabilities.
I also note that not a single letter sent to our organization remains unanswered. This is an association of public organizations, mainly parental organizations, which have been working in this area for many years. The members of the association can become individuals, and after the congress our ranks replenished - people came to us and continue to come to us.
People who want to work who do not expect that someone will do something for them, but they themselves strive for action! Such social activity and responsibility of people, a clear understanding that only by common, joint efforts can we achieve the goal are very important for us. The social movement is a force with which one cannot fail to reckon today.
We are not just heard, but we are already perceived as partners, as equals, as necessary - and this is especially clearly and vividly manifested in our joint work with the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the population of Moscow. This work has become systemic and constant. So, last year, on behalf of Minister Vladimir Arshakovich Petrosyan, a commission was created, which included representatives of the public.
The task of this commission was the selection of the subjects of programs financed by the Department. We evaluated the demand and relevance of projects for various categories of people with disabilities, their substantial part - it was very significant and responsible for all of us, because these programs relate to each person with disabilities, every family in which a child with special needs grows, and these programs should bring real benefits, specific fruits.
This work will continue this year. I want to note a fairly indicative moment: if at first in the districts and TCSS we were treated with wariness, now the employees and leaders of the centers are configured to us absolutely positively and offer to come to other districts. Are you participating in this working group? After all, it is very important that our children are employed, so that the interests of those who can find work in the open labor market and those who need special conditions be taken into account.
The supported, accompanied employment, as well as useful daytime employment, is also important-for all of us, parents of children with disabilities. In a certain period of life, for quite obvious reasons, this becomes a number one problem. The severity of restrictions on the life of all children is different, but everyone wants to feel in demand, not superfluous, wants to do the necessary society.
I must say: judging by personal experience and for many years of work in parental movement, our guys are very high, they want to be useful to society, study, get a profession, live a full life, find happiness, build their fate, regardless of circumstances. And we try to help them in this Simvastatin 5MG.
