The coaches breathed into us confidence in our own abilities, we feel their experienced look, their support even with our backs when we ride in competitions. You have no idea how important it is! After all, it is they who evaluate us in the first place.

And of course, we are pleased to hear good words from coaches. And medals are probably a consequence of our skiing. If everyone likes you, then, of course, you will win.

Their faith in us and their love simply inspire. Where is your house? So I want to live at home. After all, we have no personal life, continuous flights. But I never refused Russia. I like to come to Moscow and Petersburg. Although Bulgaria has become native to me. This is a very good country, warm people live there. I'm not talking about Alben and her parents.

We want to develop figure skating in Bulgaria. Indeed, in fact, we are the only ones who represent this country at a high level. I think when we stop riding, we will live and work in Bulgaria, create our own show. Now they often began to show the broadcasts of competitions in figure skating, people are rooting for us, worry, live our lives. It doesn't matter what place we will take.

When the whole country does not sleep until three in the morning, because we are waiting for our performance, it is worth a lot. Once we were stopped by the police and said that they were late for work, because they watched the competition until late. We are national heroes there! And to win a gold medal for Bulgaria is probably a feat. In Russia, only winners are still revered. When we make any mistake, they do not poke us in the mud, but rather try to support.

They meet with flowers at the airport, everyone loves us there: both spectators and journalists. In general, figure skating is a good sport. Here, football players are worse, only fans of their teams love them, fans of other clubs, as a rule, are not very good. There is no such separation among the audience in figure skating. We want to do what is no less important to us than sport.

So far we want to perform well at the European Championship, and there it will be seen there. Of course, yet we still do not look on the ice as pensioners, we will not smell like Naphtalin, but we are tired. I already hate planes! But sometimes funny things are obtained when Albena explains something to me in Russian, and I try to answer Bolgarian. Her parents laugh at us, and when we begin to speak Russian at home, they ask again.

Although we are completely different people. Albena is a serious and organized, she is a responsible person. And I’m sliding, although, as it comes to work, I become serious.
