The economic crisis of the year was a test for many meat processing companies, but not for us.
Prices for imported meat, the main raw material at that time for Primorye manufacturers, rose that it began to lead to its shortage. Life-breeding farms in Primorye could not ensure the operation of the plant even for two to three months. Thanks to the operational and well -coordinated work of our purchase service, it was possible to establish profitable partnerships with large foreign suppliers and maintain the previous volumes of production.
In the same year, the production of a new product for the market - sausages with cheese - almost immediately became a “hit” with the residents of the region. The recipe for the novelty was brought to the Ratimir plant by George Rubert, one of the best world sausages and semi -finished products. One of the secrets of the success of our young but ambitious company was the construction of a coordinated, friendly and united team of professionals.
In the year, we created an educational unit at the factory in Vladivostok, where the training of technologists of the food enterprise and workshop masters took place. It was important for us to grow our professionals who were not burdened by experience in Soviet production. Training was conducted both on their own and with the help of invited foreign specialists. A mentoring system was developed and implemented.
