I am awake, cheerful and moderately jumping. And let you not manage to pump anything in the sense that we put into this concept. But a decrease in muscle sagging and an increase in their elasticity are guaranteed.

And this gives muscle drawing - which means that you will manage to impress others. And even arouse envy in them. I tell you absolutely for sure: for example, everyone has a press. It’s just that some do not work it intensively, while others have a small fat layer between muscles and skin, hiding the desired “six” and “eights”. However, patience, labor and proper nutrition will grind everything.

Training will help make the muscles noticeable. FIT-BO veterans would list the blows that they perform in the classroom, and the muscles that are drawn with certain strokes. I will not delve into such details. In addition, many muscles are involved in every blow. If you are faced with the task of making them more noticeable with FIT-BO, then you will not have to learn special exercises to study a particular muscle.

Everything is simpler: with hands affect the relief of one large group of muscles, blows with the other group. Performing any strokes with the hands of jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercots, you make the muscles of the shoulder girdle work. Therefore, if you lack the beauty of deltoid muscles, biceps and triceps, focus on these blows.
