Creators I am a team player. The joy of people around you brings me more emotions. I am not one of those leaders who criticize their employees, put pressure on them. It is important for me that in my team there are people who treat me with respect and love their work. My credo - no matter what you achieve in life and no matter how successful you must always remain simple. Many people who see me on social networks, on TV or newspapers think that I am an arrogant person.

But I always declare that this is not so, and, having met me personally, people are convinced of this. Since I am a public person, when I go out into the street, many will find out. Sometimes people say that I am an example for them, and it is very inspiring me. My credo - no matter what you achieve in life and no matter how successful it is, should always remain simple to me happier.

I am happy when I come home and my children run out to me, meet me. I think this is the most important thing for any person. Happy when I achieve success in business. Each time we hold any international tournament, when after the event people are satisfied and highly appreciated the work we have done, I also feel happy. There are three sons about people in life in the family, and the father brought us up in great severity.

Since childhood, starting from the class, I had a dream. I dreamed of becoming a great leader, a businessman, wanted my father to be proud of me. I thought about it when I went to school, every time I closed my eyes. And this feeling is still in me. Every time I achieve some success, I get high state awards, they write about me, they invite my first desire to tell about this to my father.

This is one of the main motivating forces that has been and is in my life so far. There is a proverb “Yrys Aldy - Yantimak” - “Where there is friendship and fidelity, there is luck and success.” My younger brother, starting from the years, was nearby and went with me all this way. He was always worried about me more than for himself. About life principles, the main principle is “to victory!

Not a step back. " For whatever I took, no matter how difficult it is, I always bring it to the end. Sometimes, if I talked about the goals that I set for myself, it would be funny for people, because it is unrealistic, impossible. But still, starting something, I have not gone half of the journey. It is important to love what you do important to love what you are doing.

Since the following two main principles. There were many difficulties in life, there were times when the earth left under the feet. But every evening my brother and I have been walking along the same road. This road remembers how we opened the first business, a furniture workshop, where there were three employees, how we developed and two years later it was a factory with a team from a person, as they later opened a fund and created a federation.

Walking along this road, we discussed absolutely all difficulties, good luck and key decisions. Seeing the level of event and the federation itself, I thought that the Kyrgyz MMA needed many more decades to at least get closer.

This event became a nonsense in Central Asia. All the media wrote about this. Today, there are about thousands of such organizations in the world, and our federation is in the best. At the same time, colleagues from Kazakhstan are in the ranking for positions. All my activities as an entrepreneur, as the president of the Federation, as the founder of the charity organization are interconnected.

Business gives financial resources for project development. Sports, competition with other organizations around the world gives me a sense of winner. And the fund, when I see gratitude in the eyes of children and the elderly, gives a spiritual component. This is a very special feeling when you understand that you can do better than the life of another person. My mission, the main task that I see in front of myself is to make my name and surname remain in history as a person who did something good for his country.
