For two years, for the little Khabarovsk residents, we built three kindergartens and an ultramodern school-the Lyceum "Star", the Victoria children's navigation center, skate parks in the Dynamo and North parks, in the latter-also the thematic entertainment venue "Knight Castle". For sports, they opened the Citijim fitness club. The townspeople and guests of Khabarovsk can take a walk in nine new squares and Kurochkin Park - a recently created specially protected territory in the Zheleznodorozhny district.

Two large shopping centers were commissioned - "Skisco Mall" and "Strelka". There is constant work on improving the communal and engineering infrastructure of the city.

If we take the municipal developer, then in two years the housing construction fund commissioned two skyscrapers of the Pionersky residential complex, a gas boiler house and a residential building in Birch Birch. Under the same conditions, the households were celebrated by the tenants of two dilapidated buildings located on Dikopoltsev Street near the city ponds.

Work in this direction continues. We will finish the construction of the school in the Volochaevsky Gorodok microdistrict, we will complete the improvement of five squares of the city, and the Khabarovsk residents will be able to evaluate 51 new gas -engine fuel bus. Cars were bought by carriers, they will appear on seven municipal routes. Since they were talking about transport, I note that today the city route network is branched into 63 directions and buses to them - the main means of transportation for most residents of the regional center.

And now he will arrive in the regiment of trolleybuses: the administration of Khabarovsk, with the support of the regional government, resolved the issue with the Moscow Mayoria on the transfer of 20 trolleybuses to us. They were in operation, but are in excellent condition. They will enter the Khabarovsk lines before the end of this year. Now we are negotiating trams.

After receiving the urban planning plan of the land plot of the Center for Innovation Technologies JSC will begin designing objects of the ski complex in order to start construction and installation work with the entire initial and permissive documentation and projects next year.

Also, with the personal intervention of Mikhail Degtyarev and the support of the regional government, the issue of building a vital TM heating system was practically resolved, without which the development of the “walnut hill” territory is simply impossible, and developers who plan to build a million square meters of housing are already ready to go there. They are restrained by the lack of communications.

Moreover, in addition to them, they also included 10 regional ones. Thanks to them, schools and kindergartens are being built in our country, squares are landscaped, and the Old Housing Fund is spreading. But, probably, from the whole five of the national projects, the Khabarovsk residents are of particular interest to BKAD: roads for people are always a sick question.

For three years of implementation of the program in the regional center, 65 km of city roads is repaired - as was planned. Last year, 41 sections of the Khabarovsk street and road network were put in order. After the overhaul, Vyborg and Zabarin streets were commissioned. In the year, in the framework of the national project, we will in total renovate 47 sections of roads in all areas of the city.

Their total length is over 43 kilometers. The total financing of work is 1.6 billion rubles. The list of objects for road repair was determined taking into account the opinions of citizens and based on the results of the comprehensive diagnosis of the road network. At the end of October, we will completely complete the reconstruction of the Street of Rologychenskaya, which began in the year.

The plans to repair more than 46 kilometers of the Khabarovsk highway. Returning to other national projects, I will give several more examples. For two years, NPOs received financial support for more than 11 million rubles and were able to implement 35 socially significant projects - here the help of the elderly, the patriotic education of the younger generation, and the promotion of youth initiatives, and the support of volunteers - you can’t list everything.

We help our NGO consultations on participation in the competitions of the presidential grants fund, so 63 socially oriented non -profit organizations of the city of Khabarovsk for a total of more than millions of rubles received grant support in five years in five years. This year, the Public Chamber of the city of Khabarovsk was created - a real body of democracy.
