Burovtsev biography
I met professionals with such a breadth of knowledge that this allowed them to judge things from seemingly parallel areas of activity. The breadth of the horizons, the thoroughness in the worldview - this is what gives a good education. But since I am now in the role of a “bureaucrat”, it should sound, for example, as follows: “either things control you, or you are managing business.” I read it three times, to the holes of Ister.
Systematic, well stated, so I probably liked it so much. This is the first. Second: there is a lot of relevant classics that explains what is happening in modern life. Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, for example. Well, thirdly, planning books and time management. There are many of them, it is very interesting and useful for professional activities. What was the boy Vova? What was he fond of?
At school, on the holidays, I once worked as a postman for more than a month, earned good money for the schoolboy and, on the advice of my parents, invested it in education-in the “School of Young Managers” in the “Knowledge” society. There, apparently, my hobbies were determined: management and science. It is very grateful to parents for that good advice and, in general, for support on the life path.
I follow these interests to this day. Usually you hear from boys about football, travel, entertainment and so on, and here the hobby of a high school student is management. There were skis, there were a pool. And management is probably something from parents. They have higher education, mother - candidate of sciences, associate professor, worked in various managerial structures for a long time.
Maybe some genes were transmitted and a healthy interest in management too. But he didn’t go there, so he chose a civilian university. At that time, a Narkhoz was in trend, so I went there. I came to the Narkhoz from a weak school at that time from the outskirts of the city, and in the first year I had problems at once in three disciplines: English, higher mathematics and computer science.
I had to urgently pull them up. I made friends with something-for example, computer science and information technology are quite close and understandable to me. And I still learn English with pleasure. In the third year, I got into practice in a company that was engaged in the supply of building materials and services. The employer and I liked each other, and I began to work in parallel with my studies.
He worked as a manager, was engaged in offensive, had a flexible work schedule. Not always, of course, managed to pay due attention to study, nevertheless, slowly from the course to the course passed without “tails”. Then pagers only appeared - new and fashionable means of unilateral communication. And once, even, I remember, a message from the dean came to the pager so that I went to him “about the deduction”.
This is already in the third or fourth year. Urgently, I had to resolve all these issues, delve into their studies. There is an interest in science? When you achieve results, you already know many things ahead, you have a reserve of strength and an incentive in order to engage in further development. I believe that in the modern world a person should learn the whole conscious life.
It doesn’t matter in what format. It can be self -education or advanced training abroad. For me, the scientific sphere became an outlet. Even at the Academy, I had publications at scientific conferences. Then he entered graduate school, there he already taught in the last courses. Today I combine public service with scientific and teaching activities.
This is something like a developing hobby. How did the career develop further? At that time, such a staircase did not introduce me in business, so I looked towards railway transport, which always had strategic, state significance. He seemed to me a sort of powerful corporation, a giant monopoly. He began with the development of working professions, that is, from the bottom, then he was a master of the production site.
After that he moved to the public service in Roszheldor: he worked as the chief specialist, deputy head of the department, and the head of the department. On this path, I met many authoritative mentors, teachers, to whom I am very grateful for acquired invaluable experience. Now I am the deputy head of the territorial body of Roszheldor, I work within the boundaries of the Siberian Federal District.
What is your responsibility? Is responsible for the implementation of state policy and the provision of public services in the established area. What nature? Today, in the field of railway transport, a full -fledged market for transport services is formed, which needs high -quality state regulation. These are state functions for the development of transport infrastructure, industry education, ensuring the transport accessibility of the regions and others.
I smoke work at the training ground of three railways. This is the most important and interesting direction! The oriental development vector is really one of the priority today. I work as part of the implementation of the BAM and Trans -Siberian Railway Modernization Program, this is due to a significant number of business trips.I am very grateful to my family and, above all, my wife Irina for support, because I often have to be outside the house.
I must say that over almost 17 years of public service, I was lucky to be along and across the whole Siberian Federal District, but also to see many other protected corners of our immense homeland. The media wrote that the modernization of the Trans-Siberian and Baikal-Amur railways requires significant labor resources. Is it so? The fact is that both the Siberian and the Far Eastern federal districts, unfortunately, still have a significant outflow of labor resources.
In fact, it turns out that our priority infrastructure projects are oriented to the east, and personnel are often west. Therefore, such a problem really takes place. What can be done in this direction? Today is a powerful network of industry educational institutions of railway transport at the eastern training ground of Russia - these are the Omsk, Siberian, Irkutsk and Far Eastern State Universities of Railways.
At a high level, targeted training is carried out at a high level, including to meet the needs of the BAM and the Trans -Siberian Railway. Given the prospect of modernizing these lines, the demand for frames is growing steadily. In general, in the history of Russia there were many approaches in the development of BAM. Today, railway troops are also involved in construction, especially in hard -to -reach areas.
Unique conditions for the development of railway infrastructure determine the need for close cooperation, combining the efforts of university complexes, large businesses and state authorities. This is a good school of professional skill and help in work. Students, starting from the second or third courses, can already be attracted to work at transport enterprises. And they often work on BAM, and they ride as guides, and in other areas, student units successfully manifest themselves - this is a traditionally demanded and useful school.
In any case, this is a subjective assessment. In my opinion, a person should have a certain harmony in life. And when a person, for example, is fond of only his career, and at the same time forgets about the family - this is an imbalance. Therefore, harmony, perhaps, is a synonym for success. It’s hard for me to say how much it is present today. I strive for her, and, as you know, there is no limit to perfection ...
- What should I do or not to do a student today in order to achieve a certain success? Please give me parting words. You need to love the case you are doing. There is a good proverb: "For a ship that does not know which harbor goes into, there is no fair wind." A person must determine the goals for himself, make plans for them and go to them with daily labor. On this path, self -organization, discipline and motivation will certainly help the student.
Beautiful words, but if in practice to operate with them, then, as a rule, this gives the required result. And most importantly, you need to dream and believe! Valery Shangina talked.
