Our conversation about a professional and personal person who sees the goal and does not notice obstacles. Eleanor, how did your childhood pass? I was born in the taiga village of Komsomolsky district, where about two thousand people live.

Once he appeared as an answer to the requirements of the time-the creation of timber industry industry for the development of the forest industry served as the birth of many settlements in the Khabarovsk Territory. So, probably, at the genetic level, I was given the conviction that all kinds of programs and projects are viable only with the participation of people, especially youth.

In my school years, I was fond of sports. I played basketball and volleyball, I really love chess. I have discharges in these areas. In addition, I graduated from a music school. Was the youth policy with you then? Yes, the guys and I tried to form it at the level of a rural settlement. They invented youth television, launched patriotic and sports projects.

We were interested in, and we developed this interest ourselves. In what profession did you dream of finding yourself? I consciously chose the specialty "State and Municipal Administration" at the Far Eastern Academy of Public Service. High points for the exam helped, especially well I wrote an exam on my favorite story - 96 points. So there were no problems with admission.

But I saw that a legal education was also needed. Therefore, in parallel, she entered the specialty "jurisprudence" of the same university. Then the graduate school in the specialty "Russian History", in which I have already completed my studies, is now writing a dissertation. My topic is very interesting: about political parties and their activities in the benefit of the Far Eastern territories.

How did you end up in the Youth Chamber? The head of the Ukursky rural settlement told me that under the legislative Duma of the region there is a youth body that dealt with youth policy issues. Before you come there, I re -read everything about the youth organization and about the Duma. And it was very worried that they would not take me that I was not in accordance with, because the gap between the village and the city is significant.

This is now I understand that becoming a member of the youth chamber of the district or region is not difficult, but much depends on yourself. For example, I had confidence that I could have much more than I could imagine. There is an understanding that I want to convey to young specialists, students, students: "Do not doubt your capabilities! Do not have seven spans in the forehead to achieve something, the main thing is that we can work where we want." How is they accepted into the youth organ?

A declarative principle is valid. After writing an application for the candidate, the mentor is assigned. And with him, with other comrades, the young man gets the opportunity to participate in events, the organization of events, there is an opportunity to offer his ideas. For example, we held patriotic actions, organized measures to increase the electoral activity of youth, participated in meetings of the regional Duma.

Based on the results of the "trial period", it is decided to take or not to take. They took me. And what next? I treated everything that was happening very seriously. I regarded the entry into the youth ward as a certain advance of trust, which must be justified. At the same time, I received "tools" - what and how to do so that young people can realize themselves in the Far East.

After some time, I was elected secretary of the commission on legislativeness and monitoring of legal space. Then I was elected deputy chairman of the youth parliament, and then the chairman of the Youth Chamber of two convocations in a row. They say that such a case in the practice of our structure is the only one. But another thing is important to me: in those years, our “youth” built work with municipalities, the guys in the field initiated and embodied interesting projects, we visited almost all areas of the region.

I often had to defend the interests of the youth parliament, so that they were considered and did not think that it was just a collection of youth. It was possible to visit large events, including at a meeting with Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. How did you manage to find out what the youth lives? I went a lot around the settlements of the region, met local youth, was interested in how they live, what their plans were.

Now in every municipal district there are people who can help if necessary. It is always important to remain mobile in order to promote the interests of youth. Eleanor, what lies in your "portfolio" of public work? Today everyone understands that the youth of the Far East is special, it should have advantages in relation to peers from other regions. We have developed a draft program "Youth - East of Russia".

And without sitting in the offices.For example, when they participated in the Youth Forum on Sakhalin, they organized their “Young Leaders” site there with surveys and discussions on what young people want to continue to live in the region. After a while, on our initiative, the Ministry of Health of the Eastocracy proposed to include the chapter in the framework of demography in the Far Eastern Federal District, in which members of the Youth Chamber outlined their proposals to improve life in the Far East.

The document is now under consideration. The last convocation of the Youth Chamber, together with the deputy corps, developed a new law on youth and youth policy of the Khabarovsk Territory. Surely there are still reasons for pride? We launched testing for knowledge of the history of the Fatherland - it was carried out four times, about 30 thousand people were able to participate. A regional block of questions was developed.

The average age of participants in years. This means most who answered - schoolchildren, students. Using the opportunity to the Ministry of Education and Science of the region, which supported our idea. Since April of this year, the Youth Public Chamber of the Territory has been joining the All -Russian Movement “The Virtual Front” to add Wikipedia about the achievements of Russians.

All regions of Russia will take part in the action, and 10 thousand articles on outstanding people and the events of the small homeland should become its result. To do this, each subject has formed a team that will collect data for new articles of the Internet encyclopedia. Also, the federal project of the youth parliament under the State Duma of Russia “The country's youth team” will begin soon in the region.

The main goal is to teach young people to participate in an election campaign in local authorities in the year. I regard this project as another opportunity for young people to declare themselves and realize their ambitions, in the country's social and political life. Of course, this is far from all, we have a huge baggage of projects. I emphasize the main thing: today the institute of youth policy works in the region, we are heard and supported in the region and at the federal level.

What message do youth come up with today? More recently, there were the first youth public hearings on youth policy in the Khabarovsk Territory, in which deputies, executive branches, working youth, and representatives of student self -government participated. The results of sociological surveys show that housing, employment, leisure, and the size of the consumer basket remain in the first place for young people.

And if you do not solve these requests, then the conversation about consolidation in the territory is reduced to altruism. But young people are maximalists. Some of them leave for the Western regions, where there are worse living conditions, but there is a feeling that they can realize their potential. Therefore, it is necessary to provide as many opportunities as possible to prove yourself here.

For the completeness of the portrait, the personal question: how can you be a strong representative of youth, being a representative of the beautiful, but the weaker sex? I will answer an example. In the year, I won youth primaries and I was offered to go to Lipetsk, where future candidates for deputies were trained. Later, I participated in the adult primaries along with the deputies and our governor Vyacheslav Ivanovich Shport.

As a result, she took a good position, ended up around the middle of the list of participants, who were about a hundred people. Then I was a student and lived in a hostel, there was no way to travel in municipalities and tell about myself and my plans. For me, my colleagues-friends from these areas did this, they spoke and performed for me.
