Despite the very high employment, Vitaly Dzitiev tries three to four times a year with his family to be in his small homeland. First of all, meets with his elders, friends and relatives. Of course, it does not do without visiting his colleagues in republican clinics, helps them and shares his experience. When asked what interesting in his profession, Vitaly Dzitiev replied that in the profession of a doctor it is interesting that every day you get acquainted with new people. Everyone is individual and interesting. And this is one of the important points of our work. Surgery is generally an interesting thing. Vitaly Dzitiev is the only Ossetian employee in the center. In the multinational group, the clinic looks at the work of a specialist.

Often you have to make non -standard decisions. When you are already in front of you several times the operated patient and CT is no longer so true, because everything is already changed anatomically there and we do not see the exact data, you are already preparing for a more complex operation.

We have to include intuition and all your experience. ” The longest operation that Vitaly Kazikhanovich had to carry out lasted about 11 hours. When asked about whether he wants his children to follow in his footsteps, he replied that this was a very difficult choice. Vitaly Dzitiev is young, full of strength and energy.
