Before the album of Edguy Theater of Salvation, Tobias was also their bassist and keyboard player. After that, he decided to concentrate mainly on vocals. And this is not a miracle, this is the result of a long and painstaking work, as well as the unshakable faith in oneself and in their music! And their music today is the standard of the Power Metal style, which has incorporated all the best from the glorious traditions of x to the most modern finds.

Tobias Zammet created this school group and actually dedicated it all his life. He says: "At the age of 10, at school and then the ENS has borrowed a real electric guitar, and we began to play together for years." Soon they got some their own material. But the group recorded and published its first CD for money from its own pocket. Since then, Edguy's affairs have gone uphill. After his release about Edguy, many musical critics spoke, recognizing the young musicians with unprecedented creative potential.

By that time, the deputy would be transmitted to the bass gitar Tobias "Eggie" Exli from the Squealer group. Here the group was helped by eminent musicians - Hansi Kursch Blind Guardian sang several choral and small leading vocal parties, and Timo Tolkki Stratovarius helped a little more. The tour, including foreign ones, followed - on the warm -up of Iron Savior and Hammerfall.

It was the turn of the next album, which was recorded in fairly harsh conditions. Most of the musicians were involved in alternative military service at that time, the group’s popularity increased incredibly, and the Fenas have asked them to re -record and reprint their debut disc, which was done in the year. After a small tour of Sweden in the fall of the year, in February the group again locked in the studio.

Tobias: “This time everything was easier to compose songs and their arrangement took 6 months, then 3 months of records and 2 months of mixing. But this is a big load - 3 months and every day for 8 hours in the studio. Well, at least the studio is right in our city. To work on the sound of drums, Mikko specially came to Germany, in their studio. Experience in the last album showed that everything else was done at home, in the house, in the house.

The Finnvox studio saw the result, or, rather, the light heard the result of September 24 of this year! Tobias Zammet explains: "For centuries, people have endowed with magical properties, this is evidenced by medieval chronicles and mythology. I used this word as a synonym for something higher, intangible." But the songs on the album are not united by one topic, they are quite diverse.

The composition this time did not undergo changes. The tradition was also continued, according to which all sorts of famous people are invited to the record. In addition, the pianist Frank Tisher, who had already worked with the deputy meta in the previous albums and over the Avantasia project, participated in the record. This is a studio project that was organized by Tobias Deputy and released a metal opera under such a brand in two parts.

The first was released on January 22, the second - on August 25, in addition, Eggi founded the Taraxacum group in the year. He will support them among others Heavenly, Nostradameus and Lullacry. The journey began in November in Europe, in February the guys went to South America. From there, the group went to Moscow where on March 9 came with Freedom Call, then took part in several European festivals, visited Europe, Asia, Japan, Australia and the USA.

They visited 23 countries and 4 continents. Unfortunately, the end of cooperation with their first label - German AFM came up. After summer performances, the group took up the creation of the next album at the TUSKA festival in Helska. In October, a new, historical contract with Nuclear Blast was concluded. The minion contains five tracks, four of which will not enter the album!
