I have grown together with this mode of operation and I do not want to change it.

There are things outside the factory, which, in my opinion, are very important to him. After all, the company does not work in a vacuum, it is in contact with thousands of faces with the outside world. The state policy regarding the defense industry is one of the decisive factors forming the situation at the enterprise. The life of any defense factory, not only “stars” depends on how favorable this policy.

Today, the state is turned to face the defense industry, and it is necessary that this attitude of the authorities be preserved in the future. Enterprises such as “Star” or Sevmash, due to their specifics, are very sensitive to any changes in power, fluctuations in the course of state policy. Today there is a clear awareness that the plant is in a favorable situation that allows to develop stably, and the preservation of these conditions is the key and guarantee of today's and tomorrow's well -being.

What in these publications “hooked” you personally? And although the problems raised by Putin in these articles, one way or another, affect each of us, I would prefer to dwell on those that directly affect our enterprise. With the greatest interest, I read those articles that relate to the issues of ensuring national security and tasks for the construction of a modern economy, which means that they relate to the “stars”, and its workers, and all of Severodvinsk.

The Prime Minister recognizes that our industry in a number of industries is not only not a leader, but with difficulty pulls even on the title of "middle peasant". An ignorant person may have an opinion that Putin means a kind of “zero mark”. Like, we recognized the lag, now we will catch up. This is not entirely true. In the last decade, we have felt that the state pays more and more attention to the modernization of industrial enterprises more and more attention.

This trend is sustainable, and from year to year the volume of state investment in the technical rearmament of the "stars" is growing. Now we are investing more in the modernization of production in the year than in all years taken together. A stable state order allows the plant to invest in re -equipment and own funds, in addition to targeted federal investments.

I have no reason to doubt that these priorities of state policy will remain in the future. As already reported, in the coming years, about 30 billion rubles will be invested in the modernization of the Strezdochka ship repair center and its branches. Considerable funds have already turned into new equipment, new advanced technologies. What Putin is talking about is not a start.

We have already moved from a dead point and gain the pace. Of course, it will not be easy to bring our production to the very advanced level, but this is a completely feasible task with the support that the state provides and will provide us. But money is only one of the growth factors of any plans depends primarily on who puts them in life. It is no coincidence that Vladimir Putin pays special attention to this “human” issue when it speaks of the creation of a “new economy” and to ensure national security.

The creation of new high -performance workplaces, providing worthy wages, the formation of special social guarantees for employees of such key sectors as the defense industry - these proposals directly affect each employee of the “stars”, Sevmash and “Arctic” and indirectly - each resident of Severodvinsk. I am sure that defense, as in Soviet times, can concentrate in itself the brightest minds and the most skillful hands.

Of course, we have lost a lot in the 10ths of the last century, and filling in these losses is completely difficult. Of course, there are raw material industries that provide their employees with higher earnings. Of course, the liberalization of the education system and its reorientation for commercially advantageous specialties sharply reduced the influx of engineering and working personnel.

But all these are overcoming difficulties. Vladimir Putin says that the level of security of the defense industry should be commensurate with the level of security of military personnel.

He recognizes the need for a special attitude to the training system for specialists for the OPC.This means that the modernization of the defense industry will be supported by the state not only with trillion investments in technology, but also with significant changes in terms of providing defense industry enterprises with a human resource. What to expect tomorrow is not there, high in the Cross -region of the state scale, but on Earth - in the life of a simple worker of the plant, in the life of his family?

Even in the current conditions, having just begun to move along the path of modernization, we see that these changes are happening for the better. We know that in the next ten years our company has been provided with work, which means that our employees will guarantee wages. We know that the programs of the technical transmission of the enterprise will allow the “stars” to prepare for the repair of third -generation nuclear submarines, increase the economic efficiency of the shipyard, which means that wages will grow.

We know that the state program for building housing for the defense industry workers starts, which means that the severity of the housing problem will be reduced. In general, the stability of the last ten years allowed us to make better not only the life of workers, but also the life of the city. The Jagrachs works as a beautiful Belomorets stadium with the best sports grounds in the region.

It is unlikely that the "star" would have been able to carry out this project if there were no stable loading orders. With the participation of the plant, mortgage housing programs develop. Confidence in the future - it did not arise when Putin announced trillions of rubles. This confidence grew from year to year for the last decade. Return fifteen years ago and remember the atmosphere of doom.

Compare the past with the present. Of course, it would be nice to change everything for the better in an instant. But in life it does not happen. Only deterioration is sharp. For the better, you usually have to go for a long time, and this path is not always easy.
